Support Planner Since:

Why I Became A Support Planner:
I became a support planner because my passion is to serve people. It is very important to me that everyone can live their lives as independently as they are able. I have case management experience and CDCS has always been an area that I loved. I decided to become a support planner to explore CDCS on a deeper level and provide person centered plans to individuals.

Prior Experience:
I started my journey in the human services field in college working as a caregiver in a group home setting. I worked in the group home and adult day center throughout my years in college. I have experience working as a behavior technician with children with Austin in an ABA therapy clinic. I also have worked in the 245D services world as an in-home skills support staff. My current role is a waiver case manager. I overall have been in the field for about 8 years.

Specific Populations:
I enjoy serving and working with all populations. Within case management and directly with the waiver most of my experience is with the BI, DD, and CADI waiver.

Personal Highlight:
I am a huge Minnesota sports fan. I specifically love the Wild and the Vikings. I grew up playing hockey and still love the sport to this day. I have a huge love for animals I have a black lab and a long-haired orange tabby that I love to spend time with. I especially enjoy spending time outside and in nature with my dog. In my free time to decompress, I craft. I love to do all sorts and arts and crafts. I love to travel, my life goal is to travel to all 50 states before I turn 50 years old!
